Anti-Bite Wire 60cm Professional Underwater Crab Cage
I recently took the Anti-Bite Wire 60cm Professional Underwater Crab Cage out for a series of deep-water tests to see if it could stand up to the wear and tear of a long season. Whether you are a weekend enthusiast or a seasoned pro, having a net that actually keeps your catch contained is a game-changer.
Performance & Build Quality
The construction is impressive, utilizing high-quality anti-bite wire that resists the sharp claws of crabs that typically shred standard mesh. The 60cm diameter provides a massive footprint, and the elastic shrinkage system snaps closed securely to prevent escape during retrieval.
Day-to-Day Experience
Setting the trap is intuitive, and the elastic mechanism functions smoothly even after repeated submersion in salt water. It is large enough to handle a generous haul, yet it packs down well, making it easy to stow in a boat locker or gear bag.
This cage is ideal for coastal fishermen who need a robust, reliable, and escape-proof solution for consistent crabbing.
Final Thoughts
After thorough testing, I am giving this piece of equipment a well-deserved 5/5 rating. It is a solid investment at $49.00 for anyone serious about upgrading their underwater fishing setup.
